Meltham Parish Church Hall – AGM

MELTHAM PARISH CHURCH HALL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held on WEDNESDAY, 5TH FEBRUARY 2020 in Meltham Parish Church Hall at 7.30pm.

Everyone in the Parish is very welcome to attend. Due to relocation of some of our present members we are urgently in need of committee members in order to keep this community facility viable.

Weekly News / Diary – w/c 27th January

PLEASE PRAY for unity. In the Christian church around the world, across our Churches in Meltham, in our own Parish: that our similarities shine through and our differences pale into insignificance as we live out our faith and hope in the Lord.

READ THE GOOD NEWS – Matthew 4, 12-23 – The first followers of Jesus gave up steady jobs and family life to follow him. Help us to put God first, to ask for His guidance in our lives and for strength to answer his call – whatever that may be.

Please pray for tolerance and a willingness to not win-over others through force but to always pursue peace. And please pray for Christian Unity, that we acknowledge our shared beliefs and work together to show the love of Jesus through Unusual Kindness to others.
